Hey SearchFit team,
I don't know how this happened, but an order came in that didn't charge shipping. There is no coupon or shipping method that shows up in the order. It did tabulate the shipping weight at 10.1 pounds.
The customer was using firefox 3.5.8 on a Mac OS X.
I put in the exact same order and was not able to duplicate it.
Any ideas on this one? |

| It happened again. Also, there are two orders that we are unable to export from the shopping cart today. While trying to export them, the page works for a few minutes and then times out. I don't see any special characters in the order either. |
