I'm trying to search for all approved members that haven't placed an order in the past 60 days. Whats the best way for exporting a search like this?

I did an export for all techpro resellers who are currently active to that store, and it does show last order date, but is there a way to add to the search criteria so we can further drill it down during the search?

No, there is no criteria like that in SF, however you can export all members into Excel and then have a way to filter out the members there that haven't ordered in the last X days based on the last order date.
