It seems as though bellsouth is blocking emails based on the content and formatting of the body of your emails. At this point, it is highly unlikely I will be able to fix this. I have requested a whitelist again and as always, it takes many days.

get more and more cases of rejected emails. Rejection is not due to content as content is simple text.

Hello,

We see that the original block was lifted and a new block was placed. We have submitted a request for the block to be lifted. The normal time frame is 48-72 hours for a response.

We understand the impact a blocked email can have on the normal flow of business. Although we cannot prevent blocks from occurring, we are exploring other solutions to help minimize this.

We have submitted again to Bellsouth. We understand the problems this can cause for a business and we are working to find the root of the issue. The challenging part is that Bellsouth does not provide precise information about why they have taken action.

We received some positive communication from AT&T stating that they will remove the block. And, we expect this to be done by tomorrow.

We are taking steps to remind users to use proper email settings in their carts to avoid blockages such as this.

It looks like all is working OK now but got the following message today:
