In our recent release of the system there is a bug in the order export system that will format item dollar amounts incorrectly. We have identified the problem and will be rolling out a fix shortly, but until we do, if you want to export orders and have the correct amounts in your export, you need to edit your export template.
The attribute strip_currency_symbols="yes" needs to be added like this:
<export_foreach_record strip_currency_symbols="yes">
