Quick Newbie question

I've been asked to take over administration of a couple sites for a company and they're hosted here on searchfit. I've been poking around -- nice system. But is there any documentation/overview/big picture kinda documentation? Just the overall. I can toddle along figuring things out as I go, but the customer wants to totally redo one of the sites. So I'll be starting "afresh" there. So I'm just looking for a more "setting up a site in 20 easy steps" kinda page that will give me that overview. It seems straightforward, I just don't want to do something stupid out of me making assumptions. The past admin is apparently out of the country and they couldn't find anything in terms of documentation/etc.

I did search the forum a bit, but my search fu appears to be lacking in this area. Thanks in advance!

Also, the other guides may be helpful. These can be found by:

1. Go to http://www.searchfit.us.com/help/

2. Expand the "Getting Started Guide" section in the left, vertical navigation.

3. The left, vertical menu will expand to reveal to show multiple guides including "Main Template Guide", "Detailed Product Template Guide" etc.

Thank you. Will read them all before asking anything else. Just wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything I should read before I start munging things up.
