Google Base Product Feed and Google Checkout

I have established an acct. with Google Base and have filled in my user name, ... Googles instructions say I need an FTP Destination Path from SearchFit.

Besides needing the destination path, when I click "test product feed now", all of the products listed have "Warning: missing Manufacturer, UPC". Do I need a UPC for each product with Google?

Also, two products have "Error: missing Optimized Description". Several more products had this error but I fixed the problem by copying the meta tags from a product that had no warning and pasting the correct info into the tags. However, these two products are not responding to that treatment. What do you suggest to fix these two products?

In Google Checkout; in my online google acct., in the integration settings, they ask me to "Specify a URL for Google to notify you of new orders and changes in order state. You must provide the URL of a server running 128-bit SSLv3 or TLS. API callback URL: _____ ". What is the APT callback URL I need to put in or is this something SearchFit has automatically done?
