To activate live chat, you could:
1. Purchase a live chat application. Other client's have use a variety of live chat applications, such as http://boldchat.com/. SearchFit does not have a built-in chat application.
2. The live chat application normally will provide installation instructions. These typically involve adding code (html, javascript,etc) to your SearchFit Website Main Template(s).
3. The live chat application's control panel will also need to be configured. This usually includes many settings, such as what hours chat should be available, chat user setup, etc. |
