In Power Search I followed the help instructions for "How to Export a Report by Searches" but I do not see the Export link.

Please advise how I can export.

Thanks
Loren

The instructions I followed are:

1. Click the Reports tab. {REPORTS}

2. Locate the Reports Types Section. Click the Searches Reports icon. YOu will be transferred to the Searches Reports Screen.

There should be at the top:
Export Searched Captured Searches
Screen of CAPTURED SEARCH INFORMATION

3. Click the Export Link.
4. When prompted Do you really want to export? click YES.

When I follow the above instructions I do not see the screen similar to the one in the help section. I do not see an Export link to click on.

Once you open the "Searches Reports" for PowerSearch, just mouse right click on the charts and you will be able to "Print the Chart", "Save as Image", and "Save as PDF".

Also, you can login to your PowerSearch to get some more interesting reports like what your customers are searching for and what are they not finding...

I need to export the Search Text into a csv file so I can sort by Search Text and volume. This will provide valuable quantitative information that is necessary. I will send by email a screen capture that contains additional details of what I am trying to explain and the type of report that the Help section is providing instructions for.
