Hi!
I had a user place an order via Paypal, but the order never showed up. The shopping cart skipped over the order number, it went from 6491 to 6493. The customer was given the order number 6492 in their PayPal receipt. I have had other occasions where the cart skips over order numbers, but was never sure why. The PP Transaction ID #48J09296F66552352 and occurred on Aug 29.

Just to add to the issue, when I just refunded the order in Paypal, the order then showed up as canceled in my system.

Can't find order 6492, are you talking about 6392? What website is this?
By default, SearchFit doesn't show orders that have not been finalized.
To see all orders, select the "Search Orders" and clear the "Order Attempts" field. Then click on the Search button.
In your case, if the order doesn't show by default then we have never received the PayPal notification of a paid order. You can follow the instructions above to show ANY order no matter if they have been finalized/paid or not. Their status will be "New (Not Finished)". _________________ www.searchfit.com
