We are trying to output "A Custom Sale Box" if the product "DYNAMIC_INCLUDE(PRODUCT_PRICE, type=list)" is greater then 0.00

Unfortunately I can not figure out the if statement for this. It almost seems that "DYNAMIC_INCLUDE(PRODUCT_PRICE, type=list)" is not an integer.
Please see code below:

<php>
$a = 'DYNAMIC_INCLUDE(PRODUCT_PRICE, type=list)';
$b = '0.00';
echo "$a";

if ($a > $b)
echo " List Price is greater than 0";
</php>

Can you give an example of a page that shows the list price? If there is a special tag with class then you can just style that class to append additional content and show custom content.

Example:
http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/sel_after.asp
