403 Forbidden when trying to access admin page

Hi, guys.

Our sites seem to work normally, but admin login page doesn't open.
https://www.tobaccogeneral.com/scart/public/admin/

Here's what I get when trying to login.

It might be something related to this super important security feature or maybe some SSL certificate problem. Please advise. Our another website is the same way.

P. S. Your forum editor is screwed up and doesn't show BB encoded images. Time to get it fixed as well.

ATrubka, we had to take some additional measures to advance secure some accounts. If this happens to be one of yours, please contact you SF account rep to get further instructions how to proceed. This SHALL affect only admin login, the rest of the platform still works as expected and sales are not restricted.

This seems to be an automatic response.
Please get it fixed ASAP.

I will email Ben about it as well.

ATrubka, this is not automatic response. I am the lead developer. We temporary restricted login access to some accounts. You will be given instructions how to proceed from Ben.

We are unable to import orders this morning, and are getting a "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" when trying to access the admin page. This is the same issue as above?
