When I click on add to cart function nothing gets added to the shopping cart.
This happens in web site JewishBazaar.con

We have made a change to the Cart Destination URL and your cart is working. We are investigating what caused the issue to begin with.

Thank you for your speedy help.

Does the issue relate to new minor release SearchFit v8.43.1?

I posted this issue on Sunday and no one looked at it until Monday.
Is there a way to contact support during off hours? If a we encounter a problem on the weekend we need to be able to contact support especially now before the holidays. It used to be that Stanley would watch the posts and take care of things, now it seems that no one does it.

Hi Zeev. The forum has become a legacy method of support for us. Our preferred method is sending an email to support@searchfit.com or opening a ticket at support.searchfit.com.
Of course you may continue to use these forums but likely opening a ticket will get you a faster result
